When you make an enquiry with us, you will be asked to provide your email, phone number and contact name which allows us to contact you to discuss your enquiry and to book an appointment or consultation for you. The information may include your name, address, email address, phone number or other contact details, role/title/area of responsibilities.
When you decide to go ahead with commissioning a garment/placing an order, we will require to have your biometric measurements taken (i.e. chest circumference, shoulder width, arm length etc) that would enable us to create a pattern for your commissioned garment. These measurements will be noted on a Client records card and used only for the purposes of providing you with our Services.
SECTION 2 - How we collect and store personal data
You can provide an information to us by filling in forms on our websites or by corresponding with us by phone, email or other means.
We store your data only for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was originally collected, unless otherwise required by a legal obligation/applicable Law. If you've selected ‘No’ to us being able to store and use your data, once we've dealt with your enquiry and there is no further legal basis for holding it, we will delete any personal data you provided. We will not use any personal information for the purposes of remarketing or sell it to any third party.
Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential and not sharing with anyone.
